Brief Company Profile:
Our client, in the dairy industry is seeking to fill the position of Chief
Executive Officer.
Please note that this position is based in Nairobi with possible frequent
travel.
Responsibilities
·
The Executive Officer will
provide leadership of the Lobby group
·
Must be conversant with issues
,procedures and operations of the Dairy Industry in Kenya
·
The Executive Officer will be
tasked with networking and ensuring that good relationships are forged and
maintained with Stakeholders both internal and external.
·
Must have excellent contacts with
the Government and/or Politicians
·
Will be required to Handle
Farmers, Processors and Consumers
·
The Executive Officer will be the
face of the company, he/she will be required create a positive impact though
his/her public appearances and appropriate business communication
Requirements
·
Bachelor’s Degree in
Business-related study, or equivalent;
·
A masters will be an added
advantage
·
Must have at least 10 years
experience in the dairy industry .He/She must have worked for at least 5 years
in the Dairy or related Sector in a Senior position
·
Must be a good decision maker
·
Must possess good Management
skills and experience
·
Must be apt in Planning and
execution.
·
Good policy formulation and
implementation is required
